Transcripts

Official transcripts are available to order online through Parchment, a leading company
in secure transcript delivery. Parchment is FERPA-compliant and follows all federal
regulations for the privacy of educational records.

To order your transcript:

  • Visit Strayer’s Parchment page
  • Create a new account (or sign in if you already have an account)
  • Follow the on-screen instructions

Transcripts can be delivered electronically or by mail.

  • Electronic transcript emailed as a secure PDF: $15.00, delivered in 1–2 business days
  • Paper transcript mailed: $25.00 for domestic delivery, delivered in 5–7 business days

Keep in mind:

Order your transcript after final grades are available. If you order your transcript at the end of the quarter, it may not include final grades for the term. To ensure receipt of a complete transcript, you should avoid ordering until 14 days after the end of the quarter. This will ensure the transcript includes the last week of class through the week after the end of the term.

Factor in processing fees. Keep in mind that you will pay a processing fee every time you order an official transcript. If you’d like your transcripts sent to multiple institutions, you will need to make separate requests. You can use a credit card, debit card, or Visa gift card to pay these fees.

Unofficial transcripts
You can always request an unofficial transcript free of charge by emailing the registrar team at registrar@strayer.edu. Keep in mind that unofficial transcripts do not include the registrar’s signature or the school seal.

Diplomas
If your diploma has been misplaced, please contact the Registrar’s Office at registrar@strayer.edu to request a new one.
